Being a Whole30 Coach is something I wanted to do before the Certification even existed. After my first round of Whole30 in 2013, I wanted everyone to know about this program. I had no idea that the way I thought about food and health was all kinds of sideways. I have always loved food, often to an unhealthy measure. One though that never occurred to me was the fact that the foods I was putting into my body could directly affect the way my body felt, functioned, and looked.
I held strong to a mostly paleo diet for probably a year and a half, and then I started slipping. I knew what to do – return to the Whole30. Since then, I have slowly but surely developed a deep passion for helping people feel their best and learn what types of food works for them. I strongly believe that what works for one person does not work for another. I also strongly believe that if you are trying to figure out what works for you, Whole30 is a great place to start.
