A place to simply help you feel better.

Graceful Cooking started off as a place to share recipes that I love. Originally inspired by a cookbook full of my favorite recipes from my mom, my passion expanded into learning more about food and the affect it has on our bodies. I feel better when I eat nutrient dense, whole foods, but WHY? This interest led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association where I completed the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program in February of 2020.

Now, in addition to sharing delicious and simple recipes, I will be sharing SIMPLE nutrition tips and tricks. Not only what to do, but why it helps. If you want to dig deeper into feeling better, you can work with me as a Wellness Consultant. I know the health and nutrition world can be loud and busy with conflicting information.
