Do you struggle with understanding all the conflicting health and nutrition information out there? Is it best to be Paleo, Vegan, Keto, or Vegetarian? Working with me will help you sort through all the noise and find what is best for you through focusing on specific nutritional foundations - digestion, blood sugar regulation, essential fatty acid balance, hydration, and mineral balance, all through the concept of eating a nutrient dense, properly prepared, whole foods diet. I take a very simple approach to make gradual and lasting changes to help you feel your absolute best.

 

Wellness Support

If you have tried diet after diet and still don’t feel any better, this package is for you. What do you get? An initial consultation - discussion of in depth health history, goals, past challenges. A personalized protocol after completing a food and mood journal and nutritional assessment questionnaire. Monthly in depth calls and biweekly check ins. Educational resources and of course access to Grace for questions along the way.
